This kitchen is basically inspired Cerdanya, dirt in your blood and with which I feel very identified, never forgetting my part and Barcelona Basin, specifically right the town of Salvacañete. I take the creation of this blog to thank my son David, my mother Puri and Toni are people who have inspired me and always willing to try my dishes. A kiss to all of them. Montse
Chop the garlic and put them in the pan with a little oil, cook them slowly so that you do not burn, then cut the sausage into slices and add to the pan along with the garlic, take a few turns and remove from heat.
Beat the eggs, season with salt and mix them with the sausage and garlic. Then put everything in the pan with a little oil and then trout as usual. NOTE: You can omelet without garlic, sausage only. This dish is typical for Maundy Thursday or Thursday Llarder.
