For the past month, my 4G in Detroit has been absolutely **** POOR. I have the Galaxy S3 and paid for a 4G LTE phone AND service. Even though the phone shows I have all my bars and signal, NOTHING on my phone works. Can't text, can't call or use any of my apps! I've had to have people call me to make sure I'm still connected! In a generation where our phones represent a large part of our communication, you would think it's important ako webmail to maintain the service! Why do I pay you all for my unlimited services, only to use my phone as a paper weight??? I've resorted to turning off my LTE and running CDMA (3G) so that it will work somewhat. Please don't respond with numbers and tech talk: please provide a REALISTIC solution! 248 Views
Im having similar issues in NC with the GS3 and iPhone 5. Sprint needs to fix this or give us our money back. I have been paying for six months with it like this. They can't charge us for services and then not provide the services. Report Abuse Like ( 0 )
